Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy explains what Ariane Cadayona (AriaBuilds, “I”, “me”) collects when you use this website or ask for a free response-time audit, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What I collect

When you send the audit request form, I collect what you type into it:

  • Your name, email address and business name.
  • Optionally: your phone number, how inquiries reach your business, what you would like to improve, and a short note.
  • The page you came from, and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so I know which page the request came from.

How I use it

  • To prepare and send your audit, reply to your request and follow up about it.
  • To prepare your audit, using the answers you chose to give.
  • To keep a record of consent and requests, and to improve this website.

Who handles your data for me

I use service providers to run this site and my follow-up. They process data only to provide those services, not for their own marketing:

  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), for contact records, email and scheduling.
  • Vercel, for hosting this website.

I do not sell your personal information.

How long I keep it

I keep your request and any follow-up for as long as it is needed to respond to you and keep a record of consent. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails, or tell me you do not want to be contacted.
  • Email systems@ariabuilds.com to see, correct or delete what I hold about you.

Security and cookies

Form data is sent over an encrypted connection to my systems. No system is perfectly secure, but I limit who can access it. This site does not set advertising cookies. Your browser may store a small preference locally, such as the color theme.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Questions: systems@ariabuilds.com.

Free response-time audit

Tell me how your inquiries come in.

Three required fields. The rest is quick taps, and all optional. I will look at where the clock runs out and reply with what to automate first.

Optional, but it helps me prepare
